The FAPS Terminal Complex comprises over 250 acres and 600,000 sq ft of under roof  processing centers at 8 locations within the terminal.

Building 250 – 109,000 square feet.  This Building handles many of the Export Vehicles being shipped to various countries around the world, including China, Venezuela, Russia, Middle East, Ecuador, Chile, Korea, Philippines and Taiwan.  This building connects directly by private FAPS Road to the Doremus Rail Ramps, allowing for daily receiving of export vehicles arriving by rail.

Building 290 – 108,179 square feet. An Import Pre-Deliver Center located 100 yards from vessel docking (Note: FAPS, Inc. can receive 7 vessels at one time, soon to be 8).  This facility currently processes Volvo, Jaguar, Landrover and Mazda imports.

Building 262 - 103,222 square feet. A Multi use facility handling General Motors Imports, including Astra, Aveo and SAAB.  In addition Ferrari,Maserati and Alfa Romeo also process their vehicles in a segregated section of this building.

Building 302 - 53,936 square feet.  Body Shop - Separate facility with expandable areas dedicated to transit, warranty, reconditioning and all grades of repair – production lanes for over 200 vehicle positions.

Building 303 – 56,525 square feet.  Refinishing Center - Segregated facility with dedicated areas for masking and finessing before and after paint refinishing – production lanes for up to 180 vehicle positions.

Building 304 – 106,108 square feet.  Parts Warehousing, Storage – This building is currently operating as an internal parts receiving, storage and distribution center. 

Building 296 – 6,868 square feet.  Interior area handling short term parts storage.  A car wash is also attached to this building. 

Building 142 – 50,000 square feet.  An Import Pre Delivery Center handling both Hyundai and KIA.

Building 371 – 11,456 square feet.  The main office and showroom.  Each account has its own administrator handling the daily operations for each manufacturer.  The executive staff, sales, human resources and accounting departments also reside in this building.

Building 171, 300, 326 and 340 – 24,277 square feet. – Various office buildings located throughout the terminal.
