FACILITY

The FAPS Terminal Campus comprises over 120 acres and 700,000 sq. ft. of under roof processing centers at eight (8) locations within the terminal.  The facility footprint adjoins five (5) vessel berths for direct delivery receiving first point of rest anywhere within the terminal.

Building 290 – 108,179 square feet.  Import Process Center (IPC) located only yards from vessel docking.  This building also accommodates special programs, campaigns and high line vehicle storage.  Equipment includes 8 vehicle lifts, drive over ramps and 2 car washes.
Building 261 – 103,222 square feet.  Parts Distribution Center (PDC).  Handles all the facilities initial parts receipts and shipments.  Multiple loading docks and dedicated on site parts staff.
Building 262 – 103,222 square feet.  Import Process Center (IPC) A Multi use facility Imports handling and high line vehicle processing.  Equipment includes 10 vehicle lifts, drive over ramps and specialized wash bays.
Building 263 – 103,222 square feet.  Import Process Center (IPC) Building available and ready to handle import or export operations.
Building 264 – 51,161 square feet.  Covered Storage Center (CSC) Building also available and ready to handle import or export operations.  Recently equipped with 3 sets of drive over ramps, 6 vehicle lifts, and offices also ready to be occupied.
Building 302 – 53,936 square feet.  Export Process Center (EPC) Dedicated export processing center directly adjacent to FAPS MODART (Marine On Dock Auto Rail Terminal) rail operations.  Includes 17 vehicle lifts, special vehicle inspection area, and state of the art wheel alignment system.  Also Includes 2 offices.
Building 303 – 56,525 square feet.  Coach Work Center (CWC) Segregated facility with dedicated areas for customization, body work, 2 frame machines, 1 lift, setup and finessing before and after paint refinishing – production lanes for up to 180 vehicle positions.  Conveyerized Paint Tunnel Systems as well as paint formulation and mixing labs.
Building 304 – 106,108 square feet.  Mechanical Process Center (MPC) Heavy Duty Mechanical, 4 vehicle lifts, undercoating and wrap-guard operations.
Building 296 – 6,868 square feet.  Security Network Center (SNC) within on upper level.  A car wash is also attached to this building.
Building 371 – 11,456 square feet.  Headquarters (HQ) Main office, showroom and conference center.  Each account at FAPS has its own administrator handling the daily operations for each manufacturer.  The executive staff, sales, human resources, finance and accounting and IT staff reside in this building.
